Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.
During peak periods, including promotions, holidays, and product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We ship internationally through our trusted global fulfillment partners.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 4–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
- Canada: 4–7 business days
- Australia: 4–7 business days
- European Union: 7–12 business days
- Other International Destinations: 10–15 business days

Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE tracked shipping on all orders.
No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout unless explicitly stated.
Customs, Import Duties & VAT
Orders may be shipped internationally from fulfillment facilities located outside your country of residence.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your order may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other local import taxes.
- These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
- All import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, and clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Hanaati does not collect or pay import taxes on behalf of customers unless explicitly stated during checkout.
- Customs authorities may delay shipments, and Hanaati is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If a customer refuses to pay required import charges and the shipment is returned or destroyed by customs authorities, original shipping costs and any return-related fees are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow several days for tracking information to become available after the shipment has left the warehouse and entered the carrier's network.
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Hanaati is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Customs-related delays
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
We will review each case individually and provide a reasonable resolution where appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided:
- We will attempt to contact you before the order is shipped whenever possible.
- If the order has already been dispatched, Hanaati cannot be held responsible for failed delivery resulting from incorrect address information.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Refusal
If a customer refuses delivery of an order, any applicable:
- Return shipping fees
- Customs charges
- Import duties
- Carrier handling fees
may be deducted from any eligible refund.
